Once Again About Stress 😥

Stress is something in our worldview that seems to threaten our very existence. It’s important to understand that each of us has certain issues to which we overreact — we respond more strongly than usual. To other issues, we react normally and can accept them. But there are always a few things that our psyche perceives as life-threatening. For some reason, we begin to believe that if this problem isn’t solved, we will not survive.

Stress is unconscious — and that’s why both stress itself and what triggers it are often illogical. The gap between body and mind in terms of awareness is enormous. That’s why it’s essential to monitor your stress levels and not let yourself stay in that state for too long.

Stress kills — and eventually, it kills physically. It’s not demotivation or overwork that destroys the body, but stress itself. The body can be tired or overworked and still recover. You might feel awful for a while, but give yourself a week, a weekend, or two weeks off — and you’ll recover completely.
